Hm... let's see. You have to first become friends with someone and spend a fair bit of time with them somehow in order to meet them and stuff. When you're ready, you can ask if she'd like to date.

I go to the library once a week to go to chess club. Nobody who goes there or even who is at the library is my age (except one person, who doesn’t like me)
