Need help with a survey

I've been working on a survey about languages (like how many people know at least 2 languages, how many people are learning languages in the USA, etc) but I couldn't find a place where there were lots of people who would be able to answer.

Would someone like to participate in the survey? There are 4 questions:

1. What languages do you speak?

2. What country do you live in?

3. What languages are you learning? (You can say "none")

4. Are you older than 18 or younger? (Optional question, the purpose of this is to see if kids or adults are more likely to learn languages or speak more)
