Need help with my security settings

When I go on chessgames.com every single PGN Viewer is blocked by my security settings, except for the default and the text only And that's all it says. It doesn't say anything about if you don't want it blocked then do this or that just it's blocked end of story. How do I find out where these settings are and get rid of them?

My anti virus is Norton, the browser is Comodo Dragon, and I'm using Windows 7. I don't know which security settings are protecting me from these dangerous chess games

This might have some helpful info.

Or just type in something like, security settings for comodo dragon, at Google.

Thanks. It's not the browser because I've tried different browsers and it's not Norton cause I uninstalled Norton and they were still blocked

This is what I get when I click on "details"
