need help with winston's ARG - Chess Forums

if anyone was in otfdan for the last hour, you would see that winston posted this:

what i have so far is that the obvious caesar shift translates to "Mato Grosso, Novo Horizonte do Notre, Brazil. Pedro Afonso, Brazil." and the morse translates to "HSJS, KSG XWDAP VG PAFYM, TJSRAD. LJASFYMDSLAGF." which is a caesar shift of 18 that translates to "PARA, SAO FELIX DO XINGU, BRAZIL. TRIANGULATION."
both include a town from brazil, and i've found that pedro afonso was the "Prince Imperial and heir apparent to the throne of the Empire of Brazil."

now idunno about yall, but i unfortunately know nothing about the history of brazil and cannot find anything on these towns. anyone able to help?

what information do I really get from the map though? i see that they're both a bit near the center of brazil, and one is significantly smaller than the other.
