To anyone who needs real/serious help with real depression or mental health issues: DO NOT look for it on this website. As you can see already, this thread has already received multiple posts by trolls or other users taking advantage of this post to spread their personal beliefs. In Canada, a quick Google search will direct you to hotlines or other resources. Get help from a real trustworthy source, like a real life counsellor or therapist. I understand there are some well-meant users on this website, but the majority of people you are chatting with through these forums are 6-12 year old children with little to no experience with these feelings.
