Newcomers clogging up the forums

Report and Ignore.

I'm wondering if blocking would block the user's messages out of the forums?

No real clear information on bumping or spamming on here. Doesn't look like there's much we can do.

I started to report him, but I've never done that before and what does is it really matter? It's just a irritating.

I'm sure that was his point he is glad to read my words.

Whomever you block is still able to respond to your posts on any threads, unless it is your own and he's blocked, and yes you'll still see there posts, but they're blocked from you to have the ability to send a note or message to you.
