Welcome my friends.
The idea is to have a thread where all my friends come first when they log in. Even if it's just to say good morning! I'm keeping count! (no I'm not, ) Guests are always welcome of course!
No offensive behavior, profanity or fighting allowed!
I have so many known troublemakers already blocked I thought that might help to create a nice environment to meet each other. Share our thoughts, feelings, experiences, tell the latest joke, have some small talk, whatever comes to mind. Anything goes, as long as it's friendly.
In other words a place where everybody feels comfortable and we don't lose track of each other.
Let's try this out. I would like to have the same atmosphere we had in the It's-tough-to-be-a-girl-on-this-website poll thread.
Since I won't be actively moderating this thread and won't be around that much, I will rely on you all to message me if someone is completely out of line. The blocklist is willing and waiting.
I hope this idea works and hope you all have a good time here.

Edit: This thread will be closing soon, since there are just too many sick people on this site. I managed to keep my last 2 threads nice, clean and friendly for over 5000 posts in 5 weeks.

With so many troublemakers around (a minority but still too many), I knew it wouldn't be possible to sustain it. So, I went underground (i.e.started a group). I'm sick and tired of having to police my threads. Feel like posting some more bs? Go ahead, have a party! It won't last long.

To all those that contributed in a positive way, thank you! To all the rest, you're pathetic.

I've got a nice Picasso you can hang on the wall!  I've probably also got a dartboard in the loft that you can have, but don't get the two mixed up. 

Can anyone help me to carry the drinks? I've got also honey, eggs, potatoes, salad, fresh tomatoes, octopus (indeed!), cheese... not everything is wrong about my mother in law! :)

(sorry, no sacrificial meat... is not the season).
