So it's true, no matter youre vegetarian or non vegetarian, you still have the chance to be unhealthy for example obesity. So vegetarian should be blame for such unhealthy condition actually, but it's unhealthy eating habit should be blame.
Healthy isn't an on / off switch. there are degrees of health. Vegetarianism is unhealthy when better diets are available. Unless you don't have access to them, it's a slight mistake where eating junk food would be a blunder, if we're going to make chess analogies. Would the top players in chess be worse players if they became vegetarians? Yes, of course. Would that be a significant enough difference to change the rankings? maybe, but probably not by too much. a top 10 player isn't suddenly going to become a top 1000 player over this.
Healthy isn't on off switch , but as long they can proceed their chess career and goal, why not they keep going? It's not causing them trouble for their vegetarian diets.

That's why you're uninformed. The best vegetarian diet doesn't measure up to the best diets. It's strictly inferior, unless you want to correct all the medical doctors, nutritionists and such that have already proven otherwise.

It's a disadvantage like getting worse sleep, or playing under jetlagged conditions, or having some emotional trouble / stress. Qualitive differences are cumulative, they alter your over all wellness profile and lead to different results.

I didn't claim vegetarians have a difference of 15 IQ. I compared being a vegetarian to other qualitive differences like being emotionally / mentally unwell, not resting properly, having a lower IQ etc.
Before you consult sources, you have to improve your reading comprehension. Stay in school, graduate then go to university for the appropriate course. Alternatively, if you don't want to become a nutritionist or work in a related field, you can go to the library while you're there. Most tuitions come with some really great libraries and databases, if reading is your thing you will enjoy and i'm sure it will be quite eye opening indeed.
