No one's gonna pay money to you after you are calling vegetarian like that, you'll only get people to educated you back. I'm glad they did.

Vibhansh_Alok

Do you guys want coffee? I’m gonna have my refill...

Vibhansh_Alok

JessieWong

Hence you said no one pay you for educating

i'm not saying what you said is wrong.. its just your way of discussion is not right.

no one takes you serious otherwise

That applies in the case of peers or when it is my job to educate you.  Nobody is paying me to be their teacher, tutor or professor.    If you want to argue or make demands then your approach is inferior to the people who managed to find the same educating content, references and understanding that I (and many others) already did.

I don't lose anything here but others might miss out.

you ofc dont have to explain anything.

but in this case no one cares what you say.

and no one loses anything..

you will be ignored after that point. as you basically say nothing for real.

But seriously, a study was done on vegetarians. Vegans are more prone to bone fractures because they don't get as much protein and fat as meat eaters. Why become malnourished because you think animals are people and should not be eaten?

MANY studies have been done.  It's not even seriously disputed that vegetarianism is at least somewhat disadvantageous,  what is hotly contested is how bad it really is.   I believe vegetarians can be healthy but there are people who built great careers and have much more education in related topics than I do that think being a vegetarian is a kind of self harm and tends to be much more severe.

Correct,  my career has nothing to do with educating people or even people who aren't very educated or at least married to someone who is.   I'm not obligated to teach you anything.

No,  it's a medical and scientific fact.   If you feel insulted,  then I guess you will have to deal with that?

Yes that's my point , vegetarian and know how to pick healthy choice of food is two different thing. Hence the only thing that affect chess performance is picking whether the food choice is healthy or not.

It's a qualitive difference.  The best vegetarian diet is still inferior to diets that are explicitly better than vegetarian only diets.  Not all nutrients and sources are created equal,  you can have a good and healthy diet from vegetarianism,  it's just less healthy and less rewarding than the top 1% of other diets.   You're doing better than most people,  but you'll never do as well as some of us.

This is not right

JessieWong

And where's your medical and scientific fact reference?

I tried, it's expensive but mind blowing 👍

Find it.   If you're going to be offended and throw tantrums like "Saying vegetarianism is inferior is disrespectful" ,especially after I already give vegetarianism more credit than most educated and informed people do,  then that's on you.

You can tell me I don't know what i'm talking about,  demand proof and argue,  but at the end of the day,  you're the uneducated one and the rest of the world already knows better.  You can claw yourself up or not,  and if you don't improve your views or enrich yourself then it's your own problem and doesn't matter.

stop asking that.. he/she doesnt have anything.. just trying to get attention.

"im educated all right?.. i dont have to educate you"

no one is asking you to "educate" people.. just prove your facts. and who are you to educate people? lol you are living in your dream world

JessieWong

You start your statement without scientific and medical reference and you ask others to prove your statement? Wow ok
