I'm new to chess.com (and chess too!)

I insert here a screenshot taken during a game. The red arrows are mine, to indicate what I would like to learn, that is the meaning of gray/black bars and numbers given for each move.

You should probably go to the game anyalsis forum, might be more helpful. or you could make your own thread. I'm new to chessdotcom and chess too

The gray/black bars indicate the time taken by the player for that particular move.
