Already - certain places where Djokovic was to show up -were kept secret.
He may need all kinds of security protection.

But - how to picture Djokovic's intended 'victory speeches' ...
Say he wins the tournament ... what does he say ?
Maybe something robotic ?
'I would like to thank the umpires and linesmen and ballboys and ballgirls.
And I thank the Australian government for allowing me to stay and to play."
But some persons might have a different way of 'returning the thanks'.
Is it possible to picture his mindset ?  What he thinks he's doing ?
What about in other countries ?
Maybe he can 'bot' his way through ?
The 'champion' of the unvaccinated ?  Travelling worldwide ...
With over 5 million people already dead - and the death rate per million of population among the unvaccinated so much higher than among the vaccinated ?

Its a little after 5am Sunday in Australia right now.  In Melbourne.
That's right - Australia is far ahead in the time zones.
Djokovic is back in the Park Hotel now.  Detained there.

Its about 4 hours till his court hearing that will decide whether he's deported or not.
That could take a while.
Its going to be awful if its decided in his favor.  On technicalities.
In that case - an entire country loses.  In a way - the whole world 'loses'.

But if its decided on principles - on what matters - people dying from Covid ....
then Djokovic is sent back to Serbia - Australia Wins - and so does the whole world.
Hopefully - Djokovic would then stay in Serbia.
Hopefully - no other country lets him in.
For years.  Till after the pandemic is long gone.

As for 'viral load' - that looks like a diversion.
A diversion from ...
Percentage Stats on the death rates  and hospitalization rates of unvaccinated people compared with vaccinated - 
Anybody can then argue 
"  Hey - its my 'peer review' 'authority links and studies' versus your links and studies."
People can disbelieve the 5 million deaths figures if they choose -
they can believe that 'viruses don't spread diseases' ...
or even that the moon doesn't exist and the world is flat.
Many do.  
But that doesn't mean they should be allowed to travel around the world spreading Covid.
Which is how the pandemic was started in the first place.

Regarding vaccinated 'spreading Covid' 
there's 'recently vaccinated' versus those whose vaccinations have 'taken' - in other words the immune system has had enough time to produce lots of antibodies and get a head start against Covid.
If somebody develops 'viral load' - who's vaccinated - they're much less likely to get very sick.  Much more likely to get over it fast and that's if they have symptoms at all.
Whereas somebody unvaccinated - very sick and for a while ... maybe leading to hospitalization (and death)
why would such a person not be much more likely to transmit the disease ?
Trying to make A or B out of a thing that is obviously Scalar ...
Its something many fall for - duped.

People can actually be talked out of getting vaccinated - costing them their lives.  And the lives of family members too.  

That's poorly thought out - or not thought out at all ...
If you're protected by vaccination - you won't have the virus as long ...
your immune system is killing it - fast.
So obviously a vaccinated person is less likely to transmit over time.
He/she - while having viral load - won't be coughing and exhaling out as much virus either.
One can publish as many 'peer reviews' as one wants and its not going to defy logic.
Its not going to make 2 + 2 = 5 ...
Unfortunately - so many people don't go by logical evidence.
So many decide by what they like to be told ...

Now maybe - its going to be about Covid Disinformation.
Such Disinformation has cost many lives.
For example - in the United States - where Covid deaths per million run at over 20 times the deaths per million in Australia.
Australia - a country that has fought both Covid and Covid disinformation.
Effectively.
But now - perhaps one very rich and famous person is going to overturn the effort ...
That already happened in the US ...  a very rich and famous person sabotaging the fight against Covid - but he was a politician.  Was.
Now its a private person - championing anti-vaccination.
Hopefully he'll be doing so from Serbia only.

Another thing helping Covid - is letup on masks ...
the huge effort to push that its okay to not wear a mask if you're vaccinated.
All efforts to fight Covid combine.  Each measure works better in combination - than if its isolated.
Half-heartedness - doesn't work against Covid.

It's obvious the Australian Government lawyers are going to have a LOT more evidence against Djokovic staying, from what has happened recently, and a LOT more to say about this than the last time, in court today.

I agree that the Australian Government will have a stronger case this time -
but Dkjokovic has hundreds of millions of dollars.  
He has a team of lawyers ...

Speculation:  - if he wins the hearing - will his opponents in the tennis tournament agree to play him ?
Professional tennis players have tunnel vision ?  It happens.
Most people have a profession. 
Most people concentrate on that profession.  Up to a point.
Federer and Nadal both seem respectable.
Djokovic was respectable too.  Was.
He could get the respect of most people worldwide - by conceding this.
But if he just conceded now - and agreeds to go back to Serbia voluntarily - imagine the negative reaction to him in his native Serbia ...
(people often see their sports heros as playing for their city or country - putting it mildly)
