There is no reason to report. I realized this when I once reported a spam forum to a mod, but she said: "Thanks. While I'm personally against these types of bandwidth-wasting threads, I'm not completely sure whether or not they are allowed by chess.com. So I'm getting some others involved to help make some determination."
But honestly, I believe that spam forums are okay (even though I haven't participated in them), especially when the title tells you what it is. So there is no reason to report. Just my personal opinion.
