WHAT? The speed limit is the speed limit, and it doesn't matter "how much" you are going over? The sign does not say + or - 10 mph! And cops in NY pull you over for 3 over.

i passed a cop yesterday going 50 in a 30 with no seatbelt the cops here are amazing
I assume you use the cop location app? My dad uses it but not for speeding like you do...
