Oh Where...Did My Messages GO????????

I've been wondering about similar things. Legacy statistics about games seem to drop off randomly as well. It appears they retire data when they feel like it (or the server(s)/disk space is impacted). But overall this is a pretty good web site considering the game itself and the code driving all of it. They definitely have kinks to iron out. Too bad I'm a "retired" web developer and SQL Server database designer. I could fix those things. You're certainly not an idiot. You kicked my a$$ in chess at least once. I have to log in TWICE almost all the time, and nobody esle I know has that problem. It happens on multiple computers, and other people's computers too. I guess the login Admin god has a bone to pick with me...

I too have to log in twice sometime.
I like to think that chess.com is a bit deaf and since there is no uppercase in my username I just have to repeat myself.

I have lost at least half of mine daddy. I'm assuming it is a glitch in the system . It hasn't been the same since the new format.

I wonder why I have that double login problem everywhere. Cookies are stored on a client machine, not the server(s). I have that problem everywhere I go. Well, sorry to hear about these other issues. Those are certainly more troubling. I hope it's fixed soon.

I lost about 57 unread messages. Now I only have 1546 unread messages.
( I need to check my messages more often ) ( I am trying to reach 2000 unread messages )
Okaaaaaaay.....Call me an idiot, a moron, it is all good if someone could PLEASE tell me how to find archieved messages. Are they sent off to Oblivion....To a Data Waste Land never to be seen again????????
