Hey blackfirestorm, this may not be original, but you're in a tough spot - an evil entity has put you to task. The fate on humankind rests on your shoulders. You need to decide between 2 options and you only have 2 minutes to decide.

1. You can save the lives of all but 100 million people on earth, but the 100 million survivors will believe that you were the cause of the destruction and you will be vilified throughout time. You and your family and your friends will be spared. The destruction will happen in one day and nobody will know what is coming, including you, because your memory will be wiped. Civilization as we know it will be over - the 100 million will live, but their life will be harsh and humankind will be facing a dystopian future for 100s of generations to come. After the destruction, your memory will be restored, but you won't be able to disclose what you know.

2. You, your children, your family, your friends and all humans can live life normally. Nothing will change for 100 years, but after 100 years, all people will suddenly die - humankind will cease to exist. Your memory will not be wiped, but you won't be able to disclose what you know.
