UM
Understood about the trust issue.
Even just changing the credit card number is kind of a hassle.
There's also gift cards. There's a fee on them  though.
I don't know if chess.com accepts them.  They're set up to look similiar to credit cards.
They can be bought physically in a store or bought online.

@gambit-man I did make my own club. I joined the Surviv.io club, and within 2 days, I managed to get promoted, and then I started posting a lot of news. I post much more than anyone else in the club (other than @Chess4lifeUS)

did you "make" or "join" Surviv.io?

Meower

Thanks for actually thinking about what I said, @playerafar. Not being rude and un-accepting like some certain person that was arguing with me for no real reason

Meower

@gambit-man I joined it AFTER my membership ended

so you didn't make it...

i'll ask once more, why didn't you set up your own clubs when @Depic gifted you membership?

Meower

@gambit-man I did. I meant the make your club thing for other people who want to make clubs but cant. My purpose was to make this so I could be SA in the club I am most devoted for

Meower

And I did make a club

I'd gift UM a month right now - if I trusted chess.com with the credit card info.  happy.png

Nowadays - even when applying for free membership at chess.com
credit card info has to be provided.

The reason non paying members can’t is because it’s a privilege that you pay for.

Chess.com should buy the bunny a Rolls Royce. Unfair that the bunny has to hop everywhere and the bunny gets around more than other people.   Such is life.

Will the bunny be getting 1 month of rental free on a Rolls Royce as well?

Meower

oh my gosh. @blackfirestorm thank you, but I didnt want you to spill out money for some measly 12 yr old kid. Is there any way you can 'remove' the membership, and take it back. Im really happy, but I dont think i deserve it

I have my own kids so I know what it’s like not having the money. You can’t decline it nor can I remove it. It’s a 1-off so make the most of it.

Yeah, spend it on the measly bunny instead. The bunny agrees to take down this thread of his. https://www.chess.com/forum/view/community/vagrancy

I think you deserve it.
If you want to play around forming clubs and experimenting being a superadmin -
why not try it out?
And 12 is a great age to be!
