umm no, there's a very specific way of making necromancy (lore dump mode)
some required reading for necromancy includes: this passage on the trinity of the being
and also, the preparation of the undead for revival is a very complicated process, with multiple long steps being necessary to trick the body into thinking it's fully operational, and the inserting of the mind and false soul, I should write a 5000 word article on it someday
