I'm assuming live, since you have some unrated "online" games. It's pretty well hidden, but not hard to do. Ever notice that Custom is one of your choices in the drop down time menu? Try clicking on it next time you're over on the live server. Now see the little button that popped up? Yep, it says Rating Options. Click and enjoy.
