I'm new here and would like to introduce myself and show you something .
I'm David and I am, besides a chess enthusiast, a goldsmith by profession.
Besides the normal rings- and pendant work, I've been working for a while at designing a unique chess set.
I know there are lots of beautiful unique chess sets in the world but it seems to me that lovers prefer the classic designs, mostly made of precious materials.
My timeless design is somewhat futuristic and made out of precious metals and stones.
I've already made a graphic visualization.

In the near future we'll be trying to get this project funded through crowd funding.
For now, I 'm looking for the opinion of real chess players and collectors.
