mmm thats bad but i guess thats how every works, u csnt really control people, and if u add to much norms ur probably gonna look like a dictator

I will now begin making a book describing this to the entire world. Most likely, I will not be able to publish, or even finish it, but if I can’t publish I will paste a copy here. In the meantime, feel free to tell me any problems with this, or if it’s too similar to something else
So, what is Ordoism?
One day, me and a friend came up with the idea to add ranks as jobs. When we came up with this, we decided to keep adding to it because it was a pretty call idea. Ordoism comes from the Latin word ordo (or ordoi I can’t remember) which means ranks or tiers. We then added the ism.
Ordoism separates jobs into categories (1-5) where the jobs incrementally get harder and pay incrementally less. To start, you must control all businesses in a country, and you must have moral leaders. Of course, every (including me) probably will get power-hungry eventually but that’s not what this is about. To rise a category, you must complete a test. We want pay to be equal and high so there is little poverty, but some people might prefer other jobs, so the leaders of the country have to manually increase pay in some jobs. This is the basic idea, a way for greedy people to get into the government (because there is little increase in pay but more increase in work. It is also easier just to jump onto high paying jobs than work hard). This should bring out the moral people.
And that’s basically it. Thanks for reading and if Im banned, I will make another account (please don’t mods).
