OTF Forum Tournament

(If you are one of the otfers that does not play ch*ss, just ignor this, it only will work in here) Forum tournaments have become pretty popular in General Chess Discussion, there is dozens, however there is not a single one for otf. The time control is 10 min/5 sec incerement. 1 point for win, 0.5 for draw, 0 for loss. You have 10 days to do the game with your opponent, but I will post the pairings for the next round after 7 days so people don't get bored waiting. This will be split into open and intermediate and open, where 1000+is open and U1000 is intermediate. 10 players for each.

And if you can't agree to a time, you will get a 4 day exstension then auto-draw, but you must have proof of an attempt otherwise you both get 0 points gor the round.

You only play each person once (discluding the tiebreakers)

Please also post the game after using the chessboard icon if possible

One more thing: The two lowest rated players in each section get a 1 point head start, just so that they don't completely fall behind.
