Your 100% correct. Many do that and many aren’t very secretive about it. It is wrong but there isn’t much that we can do about it. 

And take this into consideration too. Many woman do not play chess. For reasons that are there own. So I’m assuming that the reason why this is happening is because men are men and most men do things like that. I havent met many men who dont have one thought on there mind when speaking to a pretty girl. Ill admit ive met a few who have had different intentions and who actually cared about the female but most times boys on games like this especially middle aged men have one thought in their minds

Ok, many will see a girl on the game and automatically start cat calling which in a since isnt exactly possible on a game but it is possible through messages. Ive gotten many message in which some are very intolerable. Very one sided, and very uncomfortable. My suggestion for the woman out there that struggle with this on this game is to ignore the ones who are obviously out for something and the others you can tolerate lol. But just because woman aren’t playing much chess does not give a reason for men to Gauk. My club grew very fast. All invites i sent out were excepted, but now if you have a male send out those same invites they are denied. Oh I know Why is that many will ask. Well i dont have the answer to that. It has been proven over and over again and again that I’m not great at chess. But like Anonymous dragon stated men will say they join clubs that are chess active but yet you turn around and you see that same man in a club that has a girl SA or even a club that has a female background. How are we supposed to get used to it ? It's so annoying. The only solution I see out of it is to fake my identity and change it to a female

Or force all people with a pretty picture to change them 

ah I find it really funny, That's why I simply just dont put it out there what my gender is. But I have noticed how people treat profiles with a picture of a girl differently even in the forums. Sometimes, I really do wish there were more girls active so I could be like hey sis, we are both girls. yeahhh lets play. 

 I wouldn't want to attract people who would come to me just because I am a girl. I like attention and I like engagement just like anyone else, but not the wrong kind.
