Troy, there is a book titled "The Art of Suffering" and it's about how suffering makes you stronger. People who fear suffering become weak and depressed and never get anything done. Suffering is healthy and I think it's a bit underrated. Face your suffering and you won't suffer anymore.

It's even better to rebuke your pain when you open your eyes and ears to have it removed like the devout ones of God as Shadrach, Meshach, and Nebendigo unscathed in the furnace that was increased 170 degrees it's normal settings because their abiding faith and those that choose to open theirs who attended that lecture from the earlier link I shared that I'll again post here, they too would share that it is, each one who CHOSE to open their ears and eyes.
