PGN Reader

I was looking for a PGN reader, something with a GUI(Graphical User Interface), similar to one that is similar to that of chess.com.  Is it possible to download the chess.com viewer itself?

I've tried other ones such as SCID, xboard, and Sigma, but none worked for me.  All I am looking for is the viewer itself.

And to the chess.com staff, is it possible to make the PGN viewer, if it can't already be downloaded, downloadable, because it matches the complete description of what I am looking for.  All it would need to do is open up and save PGNs, apart from editing whats inside.

P.S. - If you were to make it an application, it would help it were for mac, as my PCs are slow and useless.
