Phantom Mute

Hello everyone. Theres something happening to OTF where several people are unable to comment, I call it "Phantom Mute". It has in fact happened to me, so I would like to warn everyone.

If you are on site you should see this message if it happens.

If you are on app you should see this.

Please remain calm as the C.C people hopefully works this problem out.

Those who are effected are still able to DM people, edit their already made comments, and probably a few other things. There is no known way to fix it, however I have DMed @erik
