phantom muted? or filtered?

recently sir Raven 101 and I have both been phantomuted around the same time last two days as well as today I reached out to support yesterday and support said that it was not a mute (because of mute all your comments would disappear until you unmuted) but a filter "something one of your comments trigger a filter "(I think that's an exact quote) if you have any idea how this would work please let me know I'm currently phantomuted? or am I filtered? I would like to hear your ideas about why? and how? this would work
