There’s no reason to lock a topic that doesn’t violate community policy. But people that bump may get warned or muted.. maybe that solves the problem?

#28 no I mean like the old topics that did get locked because of violating community policy can’t be bumped, and all the unlocked ones did get bumped, so that’s why all the oldest ones are locked

They weren’t locked so that nobody could bump, that was just a side effect of them getting locked

It is a cyber security joke. Penetration testing is a type of security test that attempts to gain access to a system. Sometimes by "breaking" a feature or using it in a way the system was not designed for. Like reverse engineering or taking it apart to see how it works.

I cyber security pretty well. I used to teach it at university even.
