this is a complicated problem to approach-
but the photons coming from the sun are just in masses and light levels high enough for your eyes to see

someone else who has a scientific background give a more reliable answer

You can’t see that far, your just seeing the light photons that have reached that far, so you can’t see that far, you can just see the light emitted by something that far away, the light is coming to you, so you can’t actually see far at all, all the light is coming to you

Actually, u can see much farther than that. When u see stars other than our sun ur clearly seeing distances almost beyond most peoples comprehension. Or, based on the answer a few posts ago, the light from those stars.
