I'm guessing everybody who playes live chess including myself had this kind of experience, one day you enter live chess and just go on a mad win streak and get your rating up by 50 or even 100.Or maybe just keep losing in the most simple postitions.
Whats your opinions on this and whats the best/worst streak you ever had :D?

It depends very much on how much I've had to drink.  I tend to play blitz after daughter has gone to bed which means it is usually late at night.  Sometimes that means I've had a a few drinks sometimes not and it can make a good few hundred points difference.  I guess my rating on Live chess can be used as a guide to whether or not I'm drinking too much

So does drinking count as your secret weapon or does it make you play worse than usual :D?

until last year I was playing in a local league, matches were always at a pub or wmc, it was a learning process for how much I could drink and still play decent game.

I think atm my game is affected most by tiredness after a long night shift at work.
