Racist Abuse :(

Called me *******. Sad. Tried to scold back, my comments dint get posted n it said i got muted. but how did that person abused me? dint that get muted? 

Sad to see abusers on chess.com where I come to play chess not to get abused or to abuse.

I believe you might have used some colorful language in retaliation that the chat filter caught.

That will get you muted every time.

In the future you will probably benefit from either ignoring abusive chat or disabling it altogether.

Let people know who the abusers are and block them. I have blocked that abuser

Clearly you retaliated with your own abusive language if you got muted. How about being the bigger person and just hitting the mute button?

In the meantime, you should have taken a screenshot of the chat and filed a report ticket with the staff. They do not tolerate racism or any other form of abusive language and could have dealt with it, but without a screenshot I think it's a matter of "he said/she said"...

Just hit "prt scr" on your keyboard, then paste it into a paint program, save it as a jpeg image, and go here: https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new and select "Report Abuse" and in the message section upload the screenshot... if you encounter this again.
