Rat giggles

Did you know that when rats giggle, they do it in the ultra-sonic band of the audio spectrum?

Scientists have flipped rats over onto their backs and tickled their bellies, and the recorded giggles are so high-pitched that they class as ultra-sonic.

But what about cockroach snickers? An entire fertile field of knowledge, awaiting study!
