if ur drunk and ur all liqured up n ur body is limp n u dont realy get hurt in an accident, then why do laws inforce the no drinking act, i mean if its all the other cars on the road well let the drunks buy bumper cars 

I think it's because they can kill other people who are not protected by the miraclulous powers of booze.

except for it takeing a long time to get some place  or take a shower, or shave even, what is it the wife will complain abt it to much???

Bumper cars are designed to hit other bumper cars at very slow speed. If they moved at 70 MPH, there would be such carnage at the carnival!
