LGBT couples love each other in the same way heterosexual couples do. That’s not the issue. The issue is whether it’s right for LGBT couples to love each other. Some may object and say that “if they love each other the same, then if LGBT love is wrong hetero love is wrong!” They misunderstand, an action is not right or wrong purely based off of the action. The actions situation, consequence, morality in itself, conscience of the person performing the action, and persons the action is directed to determine the morality of the action. Apply this with an Abrahamic religious filter, and you typically get that LGBT romances are wrong. Apply it with an existentialist, postmodernist, modernist, agnostic, atheist, etc… filter and you typically get that LGBT romances have nothing wrong with them (as they typically don’t have a realist metaethical system).

Now the question is for those people are dying to know the answer to the question, “Is LGBT romance right or wrong?”, you have countless hours of studying what worldview is right and wrong. I’ve racked up probably 400 hours and have discovered so many things I can learn that I know more avenues I want to go down than I knew about what I was studying before. The only thing that will sate my curiosity is more learning
