Prediction for Redskins vs Cowboys
The 5-6 Washington Redskins, led by Kirk Cousins, are currently half a game of both the Giants and the Cowboys in the NFC East. The Cowboys are at the bottom of the divsion and are Tony Romo-less tonight. Dallas has not won without Romo this season.
Matching it up for quarterbacks: Kirk Cousins has an 11 to 2 touchdown to interception ratio at home and is on fire right now. In the last three games, Cousins has 6 touchdowns and 1 interception only! Matt Cassel went 13/19 with a TD in relief of Romo on Thanksgiving.
Matching it up for runningbacks: The Redskins have a good trio of backs who have not got it going this year. Our best game (aside from week 1) was against the awful Saints defense. Darren McFadden has proved that he can be dominant, but only rushed for 11 yards in his last outing.
Wide receivers: Dez Bryant really needs to get it going. If he can get hot the Redskins are in for a tough night. Similarly, DeSean Jackson is on fire right now. So is Jordan Reed. The Cowboys have Dez, but the Redskins have a strong trio of receivers.
Overall, the Redskins have the slighty edge here. The main point is that they are at home, where they have only lost once.The Cowboys are without Romo, and without him, they are winless.
Prediction: WSH 31 DAL 17

miraculously, the redskins (with a tiebreaker) would be in the playoffs if it started today. they would be facing the Minnesota Vikings at home (an almost guarenteed loss)

who saw the cards and vikings game? the first half was, in my opinion, a lot better than the 2nd half
to be honest, i dont think the redskins will win this week, or next week. They probably won't win again this season. My confidence for the Redskins is totally shattered after their Monday night loss.
Prediction: Redskins will finish 5-11 (but will have more wins than last year.) see a trend? In 2013, they were 3-13. Last year, they were 4-12. This year, they will be 5-11. Will they be 6-10 next year? Better? Worse? comment predicitions
Honestly gatorrt the Cowboys were due to win a game. They have lost many close ones so their record is a bit deceiving. Also the Redskins-Cowboys are a division rivalry so it usually comes down to the last few minutes in those games. Redskins still have a good shot at winning their division but must not drop anymore games.
