I apologize for being human.

Never feel like you need to apologize for sleeping. Being human... is another issue altogether in this present darkness. Some days i think we should start a movement calling ourselves “The Apologists” and embark on a worldwide tour to humbly beg forgiveness for our indulgences in being...human. 

I'm not actually human. I wrote a whole poem (for english class, not for fun 'cause that's nerdy) about how I wish to be mediocre.

I'm just trying to blend in to being mediocre.

Please accept my apology, for you can never join “The Apologists.” It’s only for humans who have gone astray. Quite discriminatory i understand. 

I wish that I could make mistakes like other mere mortals.

Sadly, I must only stand, watch, and only with human mistake-filled writing must I write.

If I reveal who I am, then I'd be hunted down.

And promptly apologized to, I guarantee you that! Let me be the first Apologist. On behalf of Apologists world-wide, please accept this apology for our short-comings and oversight in not recognizing your superiority. We truly are not worthy. You shouldn’t feel the need to hide anymore. Just like those who belong to the “Lunatic Fringe.” I know you’re out there.
