do you guys think a mile time of 6:14 for a 7th grader is good? Last trimester at my school, i got 6:42

I think that is very fast.

my first car had trouble doing a mile in 6:14. 

still miss that car, though.  hehehe. 

what means grader

in the US, each level of school is denoted as a grade.  so, the seventh level is seventh grade and someone attending this level of school is called a seventh grader.

My fastest miles were in late high school when I could do them in roughly 5 min (since then I've gotten slower but my endurance has probably more than tripled).   6:14 is  way faster than I was going at your age.  In a couple of years hopefully you'll be blazing.   I used to run the 400, 1500, and 3000 and it was nothing but good times.  Good luck.

yeah, i usually had to push mine the last bit.  i never could run a sub 7 minute mile without pushing a car. 

my record was 5:30 minutes to run a km i`m 11 years old
