Support does next to nothing regarding these reports. I report everyone who stalls and the most that ever happens is they receive a message. Chess.com isn't interested in keeping toxic players off the site, unfortunately

Just think of the amount of reports chess.com receives , its bound to take some time before they get to your report !
Does someone know how much time does chess.com require to sanction or whatever measurements there are? Because it seems that reporting some players does nothing, I reported a player yesterday for insulting and trolling, but till now there where no sanctions that I could see for that player, this isn´t even the first time this happens, so that it appears to me like chess.com does nothing when reporting someone, I understand it can take some time to analyze those cases, so that nobody is accused wrongly, thats why I think there is room for optimizing the system of reports, I myself did take photos of two times I encountered people who does not take correctly losing.
Has anybody happened that?
Did reporting work for you?
