Seriously slow server

Not sure what is happening. I have been trying to play 2, 1 bullet but the server is so slow I keep losing due to abandoning games. I haven't abandoned any games so I'm not sure what the deal is. Any info out there?

Same here; absolutely terrible lag in 3 minute, both library and home computer, browsers, etc..  I keep seeing this junky "connecting to" etc. in the bottom scrawl.

Lag is bigger for me than in one other site, but I can play 1+0 with ease.

Lag must be part of the site, I never had issues with lag until then end of July. Now it is so bad, my rating has dropped big time. I will follow knightmoves to ICC

Same ive NEVER had lag with this site untill about a week ago now its almost unplayable if any one here is on IE messege me and ill give u a small solution to wher eit will still be laggy but not as bad

also does icc chess cost?

I got this ridiculous warning after beating someone 150 points higher:

Your play is restricted because you have not followed our Fair Play Policy - which prohibits stalling, abandoning games or frequently aborting. You must now wait 5 minutes between games. This restriction will be lifted automatically after a few days, or after you play several fair games

You beating 150-higher-than-you player has no relevance to your restriction.
