It's a V3 link, although it should work in V2 as well. You can also search for Open Discussion in the clubs / groups.

As often as we see them, because Chess.com policy is that religion (and politics) are NOT to be discussed in the public forums - see the stickied thread at the top of "Off Topic": https://www.chess.com/forum/view/off-topic/forum-posting-rules---be-nice--no-religious-or-political-debate
You could also see whether some of the larger private groups such as Debate+ are cool with religious commentary or discussion.
If you "can't help it", that is a bad sign, because if you keep violating this rule despite being warned, your account's ability to post anything at all will be restricted.

Absolutely, yes. The club is called "Open Discussion" and should appear when you search for it. I don't know why the link I supplied earlier doesn't work for you: it works for me.
