We need to understand the problem so we can solve it.

The best way to delay and maybe prevent a catastrophic event is to limit our greenhouse gas emissions. That in itself is a problem. Agriculture and industry are an important part of the modern economy, and transportation are also a regular part of our day-to-day lives. We could all go back to living like cavemen, but be real, is that a realistic solution? Of course not. It is important to find other ways to reduce our emissions while still supporting our everyday lives.
