full bread / dark bread - bad:
Facts:
It's far more expensive.
It's tastes terrible.
Claim:
It's healthier. Based on: Media, which say that "science" or "doctors" are saying that. can I see the research? the university / professors - something? no. the media decided to push it, so that's the new truth...
Hello and welcome, to my 'stupid world' series, here - in 'off topic'.
We live in a world with much wisdom, but the ones who are talking, are the media - reporters - people who only know how to report, and yet, seem to understand about anything. - that's why we're full of misinformation, and to be honest - I HATE that. - that's being dumber than a baby - that's going Backwards. No more! let's go!
Now, if you're gonna write about why a certain food is good or bad - don't be like the media - "because that's what I've heard" or "that's what I think" - talk from experience.
---
Bad foods:
Tomato Paste - BAD! That's corrosive acid - don't believe me? try smearing it on a rusty / stained metal dinnerware - glass / fork / etc. - it makes it shine like new... just use Real tomatoes - it's not the same, but it's edible.
Coke - well... same - it's acid, and no one knows what it's made of - the only food with that attribute.
Orange juice from the store - it's bitter. The original stuff isn't bitter, is good against a runny nose / cold (experience), and is easy to make - you buy an orange, and squeeze in a juice extractor...
Any bean - it makes people pass gas... that's idiotical, and I believe it's a sign that it's made for animals. Yes, some foods are for animals - such as barley.

Goods:
Cucumber as a dessert. - stops the food from jumping inside you. - experience. maybe tomato too, I'm not sure. - fresh ones, of horse. Water do the same, but far less effectively (experience).

That's all I remember for now - you're welcome to add to the lists. and again - your own experience please, no assumptions - we're not the media - we're Real people.
