Well.. if you want to do the latter without simultaneously doing the former, a crash probably isnt the best idea (much less two of them).

Forgot what the media says about it, it's probably not bad once you are dead... But I have a great fear of the pain involved and then there's the worry of botching the job and spending the rest of my life in a compromised state..... Instincts program us to resist death... There's nothing that would do the job painlessly at the touch of a button....
Suicide is an answer in certain cultures... but usually the act must be carried out brutally... Not something most of us are trained for....
