Super Smash Bros. Series: Who is your favorite/"main" character?

But why use a DLC slot on Ken? He's basically the same as Ryu, so they could've just stuck him in without a DLC, leaving an extra DLC slot.

They should have just used the last slot on Klonoa

I understand why Sora was added (extremely popular choice to become a smash character since a long time back), but I didn't feel like that was the best use of that final slot. I had several characters I would have preferred over Sora. If I had to guess which I thought would be the last character, I really thought it was going to be Master Hand. In Melee, there was a glitch where you could play as Master Hand (even though it was a supposed to be a boss and not a playable character), but Master Hand was also an important part of the Smash universe - even in the N64 game. I imagined having Master Hand was a good way to wrap up the series into a bow, but alas, Sora got in instead. 

Few other characters I thought were cooler options that Sora (no particular order)...

Phoenix Wright, Shantae, Dr. Eggman, Hatsune Miku, Dante

Blizzard also tried really hard to get Tracer (from Overwatch) into Smash series I hear, but obviously it didn't pan out.

Sephiroth got into smash by stealing an invite from Phoenix Wright

Haven't people wanted Geno to be in smash for a long time?

Byleth is ok, but i feel like they don't need to add EVERY fire emblem character lol
