Thank you all for your support! I very much understand concerns regarding whether I will be able to enact any real change as a staff member. My campaign is a movement of the people, and it is a means through which the voice of the people, which has been ignored by the corrupt chess.com staff and elites for far too long, will finally be heard. The movement does not end with me becoming a staff member, which is only the first step in our long, arduous, yet inevitable march toward progress. Once I do become a staff member, I will no doubt meet resistance from the other staff members and higher ups, who will do everything in their power to deny us the changes that we seek and deserve - but their power is limited. The people, on the other hand, are a force that cannot be stopped, and that force will help me push through the changes that they wish to see. And if that force wishes to propel me to an even higher position where I will be better equipped to represent and act on its wishes and concerns, I will gladly oblige.
