ADMINS CHEATING WITH HEAVY PROGRAMS

you are SO busted dude.
the gestapo is practically at your door. note that if you go quietly you might only spend a few decades at a Gulag. if you resist, you will [edit death threat -- MOD].

I haven't tortured anyone today yet. Any volunteers? [Please do not even joke about torture. Tone is hard to interpret in text even for native speakers. Thanks! -- MOD]

@Crystal. you are staff. the Op specifically alledge that AMINS torture guys. who an "Admin" is, I do not know. but your motto is to "gently influence" the site- and that doesn't sound like tortue to me.
... I think you are a kind hearted guy/gal who doesn't realize the dark side of the site you work for. sorry. read up on conspiracy theories.
then you might be able to understand the hidden horror that the op has experienced

everybody knows its not serious. no need to create new threads. i just got my thread on new online titles closed by some bored to death moderator.
Well, had it not veered to a prohibited topic it would still be open
Also, not bored at all, certainly not to death

it wondered into forbidden paths and was lost.
curious, (and seriously)- the Mods Could Have deleted posts that discussed forbidden topics and left the thread survive.
is there a POLICY that threads that wander into that topic Must be closed (even if the OP didn't bring it up)- or is this at the discretion of the moderator?

How is possible that a site lets its ADMINS abuse and torture people who do not submit themselves to their wills? Is this a serious sire or a place for dummies and ass kissers?
Its an internet website, they can do what they want. The only right you have is to leave or stay and whine.

In this case, locking the thread was an act of kindness.

Well, 12 of the 27 posts were about, or related to the topic, with most of the second page about it. Deleting a bunch of individual posts, and the resulting questions about "why was my post deleted," just isn't worth it. It would be like hearding cats.

mmm Wow.
@eddy, have you spent ANY time lurking? consider just the thread we were talking about. after many hours of mild, dull posts- Suddenly they decided to talk about a topic that chess.com WILL not allow to be discussed over the internet.
in short, 24/7 and in a zillion places, there is the possibility of spam, abuse, and insults.
I am amazed chess.com does as well as it does.
