T20 world cup started 

Predictions ?

Group B is really weak 

India is going to destroy all the teams in group stage

Afghanistan , Namibia and Scotland have absolutely no chance to beat India , NZ and Pak have a slight chance but i dont see them beating India 

I think India and whoever wins in NZ vs Pak goes through to semis

Group A looks really tight , all teams are pretty strong . England is most prob going through to semis. Australia , South Africa , Sri Lanka , Bangladesh and WI look decent so it will be a close fight for second place

Im predicting

Semi Final 1 - Eng vs Nz ( Group A 1st vs Group B 2nd ) - Eng wins

Semi Final 2 - Ind vs Aus ( Group B 1st vs Group A 2nd ) - Ind wins

Finals - Eng vs Ind - Ind wins 

slightly biased , finals might go either was but that will most probably be the final match , India vs England

My Predictions:

From group 1, South Africa and England will qualify.

From group 2, India and New Zealand will qualify.

If india gets into the finals, they'll win for sure. getting there is tough though

And i wouldn't take Afghanistan lightly, they almost beat india in the 2019 WC match

Yeah. There's always a surprise or two. Cricket is a great leveller. India and England look strong but there's a long way to go.

NZ look pretty strong. I'm supporting them as well anyways

NZ is strong as always , coming in they arent favourites in any ICC tournament but they always perform above expectations 

The only problem i see is no big hitters who are performing consistently . Neesham , Santner Phillips (lower middle order)  have to score runs and be able to finish innings well

The bowlers are rlly good 

maybe , but its gonna be  really  hard for them to beat india in the kind of form the players are in

Not mathematically , if India beat Afghanistan and then Afghanistan beat New Zealand and then India crush Namibia and Scotland by huge margins and hope their NRR overtakes both Afghanistan and New Zealand 

If not this year , then Australia 2022 😄

prob not but we can hope

oof , Martin Guptill single handedly saved NZ , nobody else scored runs ( Glenn Philips scored 33 at less than a run a ball so that does not count )
