I do the 1600 meter run for track
I do Cross Country in the Fall

I joined a track team when I was in 5th gr., and the second week they had a trackmeet that I joined. Ran the 440 with easily over 1,000 runners and was 4th place winner!
just 2 weeks joined
I run five miles a day... I start next week.
Running ain't too bad
I won 2nd in 400 and 3rd in 800
havent done cross country yet
Power walking 🚶♀️…..better than running and safer , far less risk of injury. ✌️🤓
