I created another account for practice and I got into a tournament as a newbie and won first prize, now chess.com temporarily suspended my account because they think I knowingly reduce my rating. I can participate in any tournaments

- Discussions of cheating is not permitted in public forums, I recommend you join https://www.chess.com/club/cheating-forum
- Opening a new account gives you a new (and likely lower) rating that may allow you to join a tournament you may not be eligible to enter with your primary account. If you disagree, you can contact support to challenge the suspension.
- I recommend you contact support to request an authorized alternate account to avoid your accounts being suspended.
