Thanksgiving Carcass Soup 4 Days Aftef

Some of the family had supper on Sunday eve of soup . . .

It was made of the Turkey carcass , white meat, Rice & some veggies . . .

It was delicious, i took the left overs home and my son Tony ate some . . .

The little Chihuahua loved it also . . .

I'm having it for lunch today . . .

     This is Sundays turkey carcass soup dinner . . .

Thats the beauty of Thanksgiving! You can have leftovers for day's if your lucky! Enjoy your feast.

Left overs are great. . . 

Now I'm planning the Crab Chiopino Christmas Feast if I can get crabs . . .
