I think what hypno56729 is saying is that death is not evil. Death is as natural as birth. Every living thing eventually dies. Some people fear it, some people welcome it, most just try to ignore it until it stares them in the face. But it is not evil. Evil has intent. Death is just what it is without any intent.

I think he meant murder

If murder then that shows evil intent. The only question then is what defines murder. Different cultures and different times have defined it so many ways it can be hard to pin down.
